CAYASCO, Inc was formed in 1997 by a group of individuals who saw a need for a non-profit organization that allows for networking among Caribbean American young adults and one that would allow them to organize events that would benefit their community. CAYASCO’s mission is to “Keep Caribbean Culture Alive” within our Greater Hartford community and our primary activities are centered around the Preservation of Caribbean/West Indian history through Arts and Education. CAYASCO is a Section 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization. All members are volunteers and membership is open to anyone interested in the advancement of our Caribbean/West Indian community and the preservation of Caribbean history, culture and arts.
